Join Meem Co. for Hotel Management and Operation as a Public Relations Specialist!
In this key role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the company’s image through effective public relations activities. Your expertise will play a crucial part in building relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily public relations activities to strengthen the company's reputation.
  • Coordinate with external parties and manage effective professional relationships.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, official statements, and media content.
  • Organize and oversee events including conferences and public engagements.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception.
  • Represent the company in dealings with government entities and partners.
  • Handle public and client inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
  • Saudi nationality is required.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of public relations practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; English is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

المهام الرئيسية

  • الإشراف على تنظيم الفعاليات، المؤتمرات، والأنشطة الرسمية
  • إعداد البيانات الصحفية، المحتوى الإعلامي، والتقارير الدورية
  • تمثيل المنظمة في المناسبات والاجتماعات الرسمية
  • متابعة ورصد ما ينشر عن المنظمة في وسائل الإعلام ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان توحيد الرسائل الإعلامية
  • الإشراف على الأخصائيين وتقديم الدعم المهني لهم
  • المساهمة في إدارة الأزمات الإعلامية بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المختصة

المؤهل الدراسي
بكالوريوس في العلاقات العامة أو الأعلام أو أي مجالات ذات صلة

About the Role
Join Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, as a Public Relations Officer - Investor Relations. We connect millions of users with the best online search experience in real estate. As part of the Dubizzle Group, you will play a crucial role in managing the visa lifecycle for our investors and ensuring a seamless visa experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visa Processing & Compliance:
    • Handle end-to-end visa processing for investors and VIPs.
    • Maintain accurate visa records in accordance with Saudi regulations.
    • Verify and prepare necessary documentation for visa applications.
    • Monitor visa validity and initiate renewals proactively.
  • Investor Relations & Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries regarding visas.
    • Provide personalized support to investors during their visits.
    • Coordinate with consulates and embassies for smooth visa issuance.
  • Agency & Government Coordination:
    • Build relationships with overseas visa agents and government representatives.
    • Ensure compliance with investment and immigration policies.
    • Negotiate and evaluate performance of visa service providers.
  • Reporting & System Management:
    • Maintain a visa tracker and generate status reports.
    • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
    • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Government Relations (GR).
- Proven experience dealing with investors or VIPs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi visa regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
