Government & Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related transactions and administrative affairs.
Role OverviewThis role is crucial for ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Issuing and renewing company licenses and official permits
- Handling vehicle documentation such as registrations and insurance
- Managing contracts and tracking key dates and payments
- Liaising with government entities and completing required transactions
- Processing attestations and approvals through relevant authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.)
- Managing government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, etc.)
- Handling telecom, internet, and service requests from branches
- Preparing monthly reports and maintaining organized records (physical & digital)
- Supporting additional government-related tasks as needed
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Saudi government entities and e-portals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
