Join Medicals International as an Accountant!
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to prepare financial statements and maintain accounting books in our Riyadh office. This is a full-time on-site position where you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence in the medical industry.

Main Function:
To prepare the financial statements of the office and maintain & update the accounting books.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping:
    • Prepare all daily transactions ensuring supporting documents are attached before data entry.
    • Input daily transactions on relevant software including purchases and their respective charges.
    • Organize and file all accounting documents and related attachments.
    • Support payroll preparation on a monthly basis according to legal requirements and attach all supporting documents.
    • Update and reconcile statements of accounts of all third parties.
    • Manage payables and ensure timely payments.
    • Participate in preparing and computing legal requirements for taxes.
    • Keep updated records of company assets and their status.
    • Handle office petty cash with proper documentation.
    • Prepare and update bank situation reports.
  • Financial Statements:
    • Review and correct purchases of the month as needed.
    • Post transactions between software modules.
    • Reconcile all monetary accounts.
    • Prepare income statements and financial analyses.
    • Participate in preparing periodical balance sheets.
  • Other:
    • Prepare daily reports of activities to submit to the supervisor.
    • Provide recommendations on resource utilization.
    • Adhere to and participate in the Quality Management system.
Knowledge & Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting; MBA or a financial accreditation is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and basic banking operations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate.
