عن الدور:
كموظف إدخال بيانات في Sensor Tower، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في معالجة وتصنيف كميات كبيرة من البيانات أثناء العمل من راحة منزلك. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة بدوام جزئي التزامًا قدره 29 ساعة في الأسبوع، مع تقديم مرونة في كيفية إكمال المهام الخاصة بك.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • استخدام أدواتنا المخصصة لتحديد وتصنيف تمويل المعلنين لحسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المحددة.
  • إجراء بحث شامل لضمان الدقة في إدخال البيانات.
  • كتابة عبارات منطقية لتصنيف الإعلانات بدقة.
  • اقتراح تحسينات لجودة البيانات عن طريق تصحيح الإدخالات المرفوضة.

المؤهلات:
  • إتقان كل من اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية، مع مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي.
  • إلمام بالعلامات التجارية السعودية والشرق أوسطية.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل بفعالية مع المهام المتكررة.
  • مدفوع ذاتيًا وقادر على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية بشكل مستقل.

Join Our Team as a Controlled & Narcotic Drug Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to support the management of controlled and narcotic drugs at our healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining all related transactions in line with hospital policies and Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter all controlled and narcotic drug transactions (receiving, dispensing, returns, destruction) into the approved system and logbooks.
  • Maintain and update daily narcotic balance records in accordance with MOH and hospital policies.
  • Ensure all entries are verified and signed by authorized personnel.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy staff, nursing units, and controlled drug custodians to reconcile records regularly.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to controlled and narcotic drugs.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and required documentation.
  • Report any discrepancies or unusual activities immediately to the Narcotic Officer / Pharmacy Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining strict security and confidentiality of controlled drug records.
  • Participate in training and ensure full compliance with legal and institutional guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy or medical data entry (preferred experience with narcotic and controlled drugs).
  • Familiarity with MOH regulations related to controlled substances.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and documentation standards.
