Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting policies, procurement practices, and financial statement preparation.
- Lead the budget and forecasting process to achieve approved targets.
- Enhance Finance team performance and develop talent for succession planning.
- Deliver accurate business forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
- Provide value-added reporting for operational improvements.
- Coordinate all audit visits, ensuring proactive follow-up on audit issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with apartment owners to align objectives and facilitate approvals.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience in audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.
