Binghatti KSA is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate division. This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals who possess a strong passion for sales and property development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Welcome and engage with clients while accurately understanding their real estate needs.
• Present available projects and units, clearly explaining their details and key features.
• Consistently follow up with potential clients, converting leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Regularly update client information in the sales management system.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Previous experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage
