Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and friendliness.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
- Schedule appointments and meetings while managing administrative tasks.
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodations.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Manage office snack supplies and ensure availability.
- Oversee shipments and manage documentation accurately for service invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Arabic and English; Saudi national preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for efficient task management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing situations.
