Join ParamInfo as a Supervisor!
We are seeking a talented professional to oversee site implementation and manage project activities within our telecom/network rollout projects in Riyadh. In this role, you will ensure project delivery aligns with time, cost, quality, and safety standards while adhering to Saudi operator guidelines such as STC, Mobily, Zain, and CITC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure proper execution of telecom installation, integration, and commissioning.
Monitor project progress with daily/weekly reports to the Project Manager.
Validate site survey reports and acceptance test results.
Ensure compliance with operator and vendor standards.
Manage materials, tools, and logistics required at project sites.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Support integration teams during various rollout processes.
Assist in site acceptance with the client/operator for on-time delivery.

Required Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with 2G/3G/4G LTE and awareness of 5G NR rollout projects.
Understanding of RAN site parameters and basic optimization needs.
Knowledge in Microwave link installation and alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering.
5+ years of telecom site/project supervision experience in Saudi/GCC.
Hands-on exposure to equipment from Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or ZTE.
Vendor certifications are preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills (English essential, Arabic a plus).
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel across KSA for site supervision.
