Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient communication and provide excellent secretarial support for Function Heads (FHs).

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in office support, including 3+ years supporting CXO leaders in a multinational organization. You should possess strong administration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
