We are seeking an ideal candidate with strong creative skills and a robust portfolio that showcases passion for illustrative design and typography. The successful applicant will have experience working with various design platforms, including both digital and print forms.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure designs align with reports, brand identity, messaging, and target audience preferences.
- Manage the design of high-quality reports.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, and print and digital media.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.
