As a key member of our engineering team, the Building Maintenance Engineer will lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, which includes technicians, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters.

As a key member of our engineering team, the Building Maintenance Engineer will lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, which includes technicians, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
- Oversee and troubleshoot mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, pumps, firefighting systems, and elevators.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement needs.
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in building maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical and mechanical fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (CMMS preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Experience managing maintenance in commercial, residential, or mixed-use buildings.
