About the Sales Manager Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on the company's existing customer leads, introducing products to potential clients, identifying their needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Actively prospect for new clients, effectively promote products, and expand the company's sales coverage across the market.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities, developing and implementing corresponding sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct business negotiations with clients to close deals, coordinating pre-sales and technical support resources to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess an educational background in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). This role is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.
