The company operates within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting industry, focusing on delivering comprehensive project solutions and supporting client needs across the sector.

The Role of Sales Specialist

This full-time role is central to supporting the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the MEP sector. The Sales Specialist will contribute to lead generation, developing strategic partnerships, and closing projects, playing a key part in expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the MEP contracting market, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting.
• Generate leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to meet specific client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with estimation, engineering, and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
• Achieve established monthly and annual sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM database, accurately recording prospects, clients, and project updates.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience, preferably with a foundational understanding of the MEP industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
• An existing network of contacts within the construction or real estate development sector is beneficial.
• Experience within the KSA market is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry regulations.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary and a commission structure, complemented by performance-based incentives.

Location and Work Environment

The Sales Specialist will operate from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity. The role requires a proactive approach, involving travel as needed to meet clients and explore new business avenues within the region.
