About the Role

TalentHub is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a prominent real estate company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing and optimizing the company’s financial operations. The position extends beyond traditional accounting, encompassing oversight of core accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across real estate projects and business operations.
Record and manage property sales, leasing transactions, commissions, and revenue recognition activities.
Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management’s strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Experience
