About the AI & Automation Specialist Role

HRGF is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation across the SP&I division. The role involves identifying opportunities for AI integration, developing innovative solutions, and transforming business processes into efficient, scalable workflows.

Core Responsibilities

The AI & Automation Specialist will be responsible for:

• Analyzing business processes to identify potential AI applications and automation opportunities.
• Designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to address identified needs.
• Developing internal tools to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Prioritizing AI use cases and executing pilot projects to test feasibility and impact.
• Measuring the return on investment (ROI) of AI initiatives and ensuring adherence to governance standards.

Required Technical and Business Skills

Successful candidates will possess a strong foundation in the following areas:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with API integration.
• Strong data handling skills, including Pandas and SQL.
• Expertise in prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with automation tools.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services.

Business Skills:

• A solid understanding of business processes.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.

Educational Background and Qualifications

The minimum educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Data Science
• Artificial Intelligence
• Information Systems
• Computer Engineering

Candidates with alternative backgrounds such as Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering will be considered if they possess relevant AI experience.

A Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Machine Learning is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

While not mandatory, the following certifications and hands-on experience are considered advantageous:

• Microsoft Azure AI certifications.
• Machine Learning or Data Science certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
