About the Role

Foreground is seeking an AI Learning & Adoption Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing organizational readiness and employee capability for Artificial Intelligence across the Group. The Enterprise AI Office is dedicated to maximizing the value of AI through strategic investments in education, change management, and workforce enablement.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to drive successful AI adoption by fostering employee engagement, developing essential capabilities, and ensuring organizational preparedness. The Specialist will play a key part in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and responsible AI usage throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise AI training programs, awareness campaigns, and user guidance.
• Organize and facilitate AI workshops.
• Develop comprehensive learning materials for AI adoption.
• Coordinate awareness events to promote AI understanding and engagement.
• Gather employee feedback to inform adoption strategies.
• Monitor key adoption metrics to assess program effectiveness.
• Support change management activities during AI implementation programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Learning and Development
• Organizational Change Management
• Digital Adoption
• Training Delivery
• Employee Engagement

Additionally, experience delivering technology adoption or digital transformation programs within large organizations will be considered highly desirable.

Work Environment
