IC İçtaş İnşaat / IC Ictas Construction, a global brand with over 50 years of experience in delivering projects across Turkey and internationally, is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves contributing to a prestigious mega-infrastructure project.

Project Context in Riyadh

The project in Riyadh focuses on the construction of complex interchanges, bridges, and extensive roadway networks. This initiative is central to transforming urban mobility and directly supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to establish a modern, sustainable, and efficient transportation system that enhances regional connectivity and growth.

Responsibilities

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary BIM activities for roads, bridges, interchanges, and related infrastructure works.
• Managing model integration, clash detection, and coordination processes across all project disciplines.
• Ensuring compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and established workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating coordination meetings with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Monitoring BIM deliverables, model quality, and data consistency to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, construction, and project controls teams to support efficient project delivery.
• Supporting the implementation of digital construction strategies, including 3D and 4D BIM processes.
• Preparing coordination reports, tracking actions, and ensuring timely resolution of model-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following:

• Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, model federation, and clash management.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly preferred.
• BIM-related certifications are considered an advantage.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced proficiency is required in:

• Civil 3D
• Revit
• Navisworks
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)
