About the Opportunity

Skilled Careers is partnering with a leading General Contractor in Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced BIM Coordinators. This recruitment drive supports the delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects across various disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural.

The Role of BIM Coordinator

The successful candidates will join a growing team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the initial phase of several large-scale projects. This full-time role is central to ensuring effective BIM coordination and compliance throughout the project lifecycle for complex data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design resolutions using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project and client standards.
• Work closely with design consultants, construction teams, and subcontractors.
• Support digital construction workflows and model coordination meetings.
• Maintain model quality and assist with project documentation.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex data centre projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on major construction projects.
• Data centre project experience is essential.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Main contractor experience is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position requiring the successful candidate to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a project team dedicated to large-scale data centre developments.
