## Overview We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. ## Key Duties and Tasks - Study the details of the periodic maintenance plan for various buildings. - Identify technical defects and discuss treatment methods with the engineer. - Prepare a list of necessary materials for carrying out periodic and emergency maintenance work. - Prepare a list of required tools, equipment, and labor to complete the work. - Follow up on the implementation of periodic and emergency maintenance work. - Verify that the executed works conform to the plans and specifications. - Clarify the details of the plans to subordinates. - Follow up on the attendance of various work teams. - Submit reports on the completed works. ## Responsibilities - Measure the completed works and calculate their quantities. - Audit the quantities and prepare financial claims in coordination with the quantity surveyor. - Hand over the works to the supervision department.
