About the Role

Anix Global is seeking an Account Manager for Business Development & Sales Growth, focusing on Microsoft Technologies within Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and offers a salary of 18,000 SAR. The role is designed for a proactive individual skilled in client relationship management and driving sales expansion.

Core Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to drive strategic business development initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft technology services and solutions. This includes identifying high-impact opportunities within the Saudi market, cultivating strong relationships with senior decision-makers across various industries, and leading sales cycles from initial qualification and solution alignment through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business value delivery.

Client Relationship Management

As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will be responsible for understanding their business needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention. This involves strengthening relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients by proactively delivering value through Anix Global's offerings in Data, AI, Cloud, and Microsoft platforms.

Strategic Collaboration and Market Engagement

This role requires close collaboration with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to co-create compelling solutions tailored to specific client requirements. Staying informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Microsoft ecosystem is crucial for informing business development strategy. You will also support internal leadership by providing account insights and performance reporting to drive growth and decision-making in the KSA region.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably within technology consulting or IT services.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively close deals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security solutions, and enterprise technologies is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is beneficial.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The offered salary is 18,000 SAR, and the required experience level is between 5 to 10 years.
