About the Business Instructor Role

Qureos is seeking a Business Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed to provide students with an early introduction to fundamental business concepts, principles, and career pathways. The role focuses on orienting students to their field of study, building foundational knowledge, and demonstrating the relevance of business studies to contemporary professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach introductory business courses, including topics such as Introduction to Business Concepts, Principles of Management, and Business in a Global Context.
• Utilize case studies, industry examples, and real-world problems to deliver engaging and contextualized instruction.
• Guide students in understanding the scope of the business field, current industry trends, and potential career paths.
• Participate in curriculum development and contribute to continuous program improvement initiatives.
• Develop lesson plans that align with course objectives, discipline standards, and institutional requirements.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and engagement with the discipline.
• Provide academic support to students through office hours, advising, major selection guidance, and pastoral care.
• Assess student understanding using a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.
• Offer constructive feedback to aid students in developing disciplinary understanding and confidence.
• Collaborate with business program faculty to ensure alignment with degree program requirements and learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in department meetings and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience at the university level, or equivalent professional practice in the discipline.
• Strong subject matter expertise in core business concepts and current trends within the discipline.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is essential for teaching in an English-medium academic setting.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience teaching in international or English-medium academic programs.
• Professional industry experience or practice within the business field.
• Familiarity with pedagogies such as case-based learning, problem-based learning, or project-based learning.
