About the Role

Blacklane GmbH is seeking a Chauffeur Quality and Training Manager to join its Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the quality and consistency of chauffeur services, ensuring an elevated guest experience. The role is integral to maintaining and improving Blacklane's high standards through data-driven insights and effective training programs.

Role Context and Objectives

As a key pillar of Blacklane's training and quality standards in Saudi Arabia, you will support and motivate chauffeur partners. The objective is to ensure a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to luxury, sustainability, and exceptional quality, contributing to an international team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Blacklane’s chauffeur training academy and programs in KSA.
  • Design and expand theoretical and practical courses across all segments of chauffeur training, managing Learning Management Systems in both English and Arabic.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand customization requirements and train chauffeurs accordingly.
  • Provide on-the-job training for chauffeurs.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement in chauffeur performance and quality, and generate insights for new training materials.
  • Manage the auditing process, quality assurance frameworks, and conduct spot checks.
  • Oversee partner quality by analyzing data, setting clear expectations, and providing frameworks for other operations teams.
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions covering core chauffeur competency areas.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, sustainability, stability, respect, and tolerance.
  • Share feedback and continuously improve course material effectiveness with the Team Lead and Head of Operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment.
  • A clear commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering high-quality services.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury service elements and the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • A strong interest in operational execution.
  • Proven experience in establishing and implementing quality and training programs within luxury industries, with a track record of performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions to generate insights and enhance existing approaches.
  • The ability to motivate teams for daily improvement and foster pride in chauffeuring.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, combined with effective communication and presentation abilities for diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to lead and inspire teams.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be joining an international team dedicated to upholding Blacklane's service excellence.
