About the Role

Brand Aid Marketing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and scale its commercial functions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a proactive individual responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and developing a high-performance sales team. The role reports directly to the Group CCO and involves full commercial strategy ownership for KSA, including pipeline management, business development, and P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Director will be instrumental in expanding Brand Aid's market presence through a combination of proactive lead generation, strategic business development, and robust client relationship management. This includes:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and clients across KSA.
  • Building and maintaining a structured pipeline of new and existing clients.
  • Owning and deepening relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Developing and executing the comprehensive commercial strategy for KSA.
  • Leading, mentoring, and training the sales team on best practices.
  • Managing revenue targets, forecasting, upselling, and budget accountability.

Detailed Responsibilities

Specific duties include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, researching market trends, and attending industry events to generate leads.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, leading strategy meetings, and ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Developing quarterly and annual KSA sales plans, maintaining the sales pipeline, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing the KSA sales team, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in leadership roles.
  • A proven track record within the KSA/GCC market.
  • A background in marketing, media, or an advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated success in proactive lead generation and business development.
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills.

  • An existing network with KSA government and corporate entities.
  • A background in vendor and production coordination.
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting.
  • Prior experience within a multi-country group structure.
