About the Construction Manager Role at Buna

Buna is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading critical industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to stringent project standards and regulatory requirements.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered within defined scope, schedule, and budget, while upholding the highest quality standards and maintaining full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day site operations across all phases of industrial projects.
Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and supervision teams to meet project milestones.
Review and approve construction methodologies, work sequences, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Control site budgets, material consumption, and manpower allocation.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and all relevant HSE regulations.
Coordinate with technical office, planning, and procurement teams to resolve site issues promptly.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically within industrial projects. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong presence on project sites and close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
