About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in managing creative projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creative delivery for client projects, including pitch decks, brand identity, video, and marketing materials.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction and project specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance of all deliverables, verifying brand alignment, strategic fit, and production excellence before handoff.
• Manage client timelines, budgets, and expectations.
• Collaborate with AI production tools and freelance creatives to execute projects.
• Maintain and evolve client creative profiles, including brand voice, design direction, and strategic positioning.
• Provide strategic creative input, challenge briefs, suggest pivots, and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders and startups across the MENA region.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a creative or design agency, startup, or in-house brand/marketing role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative judgment and taste.
• Proficiency in project management, including timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Comfort in leading quality reviews and providing constructive creative feedback.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to own projects from start to finish.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Familiarity with pitch decks, brand guidelines, and video production processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred for client communication.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a startup or founder mentality, emphasizing initiative and ownership.
