Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a Database & Application Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on the operations and maintenance of roads and municipal facilities, requiring a professional with extensive experience in database management and application development.

Role Overview

The Database & Application Specialist will oversee the operational aspects and maintenance of database systems and web applications. This includes programming database management systems, designing robust network infrastructures, and developing effective database solutions specifically for road maintenance data. The specialist will manage road maintenance projects through web applications and continuously monitor and enhance project data dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the programming and management of database systems to ensure optimal performance and security for road maintenance data.
• Design and implement specialized databases for effective management and analysis of data related to road operations and municipal facilities.
• Architect network infrastructure to support robust database operations and facilitate data connectivity.
• Develop comprehensive database architectures for complex data environments relevant to road and municipal facility maintenance.
• Direct the development of web applications tailored for efficient management of operations and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Continuously monitor and assess data quality, system performance, and project metrics.
• Manage and update the project data dashboard to provide real-time insights for informed decision-making.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing and managing database systems and projects related to operations and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge in network design and database architecture.
• Strong proficiency in developing web applications for efficient project management.
• Demonstrated experience in road and municipal facility maintenance projects.
• Relevant certifications in database management, network design, or web development are preferred.
