Role Overview

The Deputy Principal is a critical leadership role responsible for assisting the Principal in overseeing daily school operations. This includes managing academic programs, student services, and staff coordination. The role is instrumental in implementing the school’s vision, monitoring teaching quality, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and development of the curriculum.
• Conduct classroom observations to monitor and enhance teaching quality.
• Provide guidance and professional development support to teachers.
• Manage student behavior and welfare matters effectively.
• Partner with families to strengthen the home–school relationship.
• Contribute to the school's strategic planning initiatives.
• Lead and implement school improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all school policies and procedures.
• Represent the school in internal and external meetings as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an educational leadership capacity.
