About the Role

Equation Media is seeking a Director of Business Development to expand its client portfolio within the Riyadh Region. This full-time position focuses on acquiring new clients, cultivating relationships, and securing opportunities for both offline and online campaigns. The role requires a proactive and commercially astute individual comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, offering significant ownership and potential for growth and earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Close new business deals to contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • A background in marketing, media, advertising, or related industries is required.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and closing deals.
  • Experience working within the Saudi market is considered a significant advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Comfort working with performance targets and meeting expectations.
  • The ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The role involves direct engagement with clients and stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
