About the Role

360Solutions is seeking a Food Packaging Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the packaging of healthy meals, ensuring all operations meet stringent accuracy, quality, and food safety standards. The supervisor will lead the packaging team while actively contributing to daily packaging activities.

Role Responsibilities

The Food Packaging Supervisor is responsible for both team leadership and operational execution within the packaging department. This includes maintaining high standards of production and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

• Supervise and provide support to the packaging team.
• Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of all healthy meals.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily packaging activities and assess team performance.
• Train and guide packaging staff on best practices and procedures.
• Assist directly in packaging operations as required to meet production goals.
• Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on schedule.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a solid background in food industry operations, with specific experience in packaging and team leadership.

• 5-10 years of experience in the food industry, with a preference for healthy food production environments.
• Demonstrated experience in food packaging operations.
• Proven experience in team supervision or a leadership role.
