About the Role

UR SUPPORT is seeking a highly motivated Food Service Sales Manager to lead and drive growth across the Food Service channel in Central Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to expand the customer portfolio and increase product penetration within the Food Service sector. The manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors and their customer base, ultimately driving sales across HORECA, Wholesale, and Bakery channels to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Food Service sales initiatives across Central Saudi Arabia.
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and their customer base.
Expand the customer portfolio and increase product penetration.
Drive sales across HORECA, Wholesale, and Bakery channels through direct efforts and the distributor sales team.
Develop key accounts and negotiate long-term customer contracts.
Lead new product launches in collaboration with the distributor sales team.
Execute sales plans, promotions, incentives, and new product development (NPD) initiatives to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and present monthly business updates, opportunities, and risks to senior management.
Acquire new customers across all Food Service channels.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide weekly sales activity reports.
Coordinate product demonstrations with the culinary/chef team.
Manage trade spending effectively while maintaining budget compliance.
