About the Role

AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) is seeking a HoReCa Supervisor to manage and expand its presence within the HoReCa channel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving brand growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and executing on-ground initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance brand awareness.

Role Objectives and Expansion

The HoReCa Supervisor will serve as the primary custodian of the brand's engagement within the HoReCa sector in Saudi Arabia. Key objectives include expanding the brand's market footprint, building and maintaining relationships with key venues, and implementing strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out volumes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing brand visibility, and encouraging consumer trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping of the KSA HoReCa landscape to identify high-potential outlets aligned with the brand's positioning.
• Drive new product listings and distribution in targeted venues to increase the active HoReCa customer base.
• Develop and maintain an accurate database of HoReCa customers, classifying them by tier and potential.
• Act as the main point of contact for venue owners and shisha masters, fostering profitable, long-term relationships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and listing fees to secure volume commitments and brand visibility.
• Ensure consistent stock availability and product rotation within outlets to prevent stock-outs and maintain quality.
• Oversee the execution of brand activations, sampling events, and promotional nights to drive consumer trial.
• Implement and maintain Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and branding elements to maximize brand awareness.
• Manage third-party agencies or brand ambassadors to ensure activations adhere to brand guidelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including Volume, Distribution, Trial rates, and ROI on activations.
• Gather and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging HoReCa trends in the KSA market.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the HoReCa sector, specifically within the KSA market.
• A strong understanding of Saudi HoReCa dynamics, key influencers, and the regulatory environment.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
• Proven negotiation skills for securing listings and commercial terms with venue owners.
• High attention to detail in managing brand visibility and event execution.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential, with a basic understanding of English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories in KSA and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the HoReCa sector.
