alfanar Group is seeking a Foreman, Display & Execution to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the precise implementation of visual merchandising and in-store displays across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional plans.

Role Overview

The Foreman, Display & Execution is responsible for supervising and ensuring the accurate execution of all in-store displays and visual merchandising activities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining brand consistency and effectively implementing promotional campaigns across designated retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead display execution teams in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional setups within stores or showrooms.
• Ensure all product displays, layouts, and planograms are executed in strict accordance with brand guidelines and corporate standards.
• Monitor daily field execution activities to ensure timely completion of display updates, seasonal changes, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure execution plans are aligned with commercial objectives.
• Regularly inspect store displays to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with brand presentation standards.
• Provide on-site guidance and support to execution staff, facilitating efficient workflow and prompt problem resolution.
• Report execution progress, identified issues, and store feedback to management in a timely and clear manner.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and handling of all display materials and tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for display execution processes and overall field efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in display execution or visual merchandising supervision.
• Ability to execute operational activities according to delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Capability to implement quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
• Adherence to established work routines and instructions.
• Compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and processes.
