About the Role at Stella Stays

Stella Stays is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. We are a company focused on creating tech-driven, well-designed living spaces for short to medium-term stays. Founded in 2019, Stella Stays has become a leader in the hospitality sector by offering a modern, forward-thinking approach to accommodation across the MENA region. Our fully furnished homes are available for seamless online booking and immediate occupancy, providing a hassle-free living experience with amenities such as high-speed WiFi. This is a full-time position.

Core Responsibilities

The Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting daily check-in and check-out inspections to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing in-house inventory and stock counts to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Supervising maintenance and cleaning teams, ensuring efficient scheduling and quality of work.
  • Coordinating prompt repairs and maintenance to minimize guest disruption.
  • Preparing and adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly reports on property operations and guest feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with property documentation and quality assurance standards.
  • Responding professionally and promptly to on-ground guest requests.
  • Handling requests for add-on services and coordinating with relevant providers.
  • Sourcing and managing reliable service providers and vendors, including contract negotiation.
  • Maintaining data control and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Greeting visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining the tidiness and appearance of the reception area.
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Operations and Front Desk management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic, high-growth environment alongside ambitious team members. The focus is on building and maintaining efficient operations and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
