About RiDiK and the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Fusion Financials Cloud Solution Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and solutions.

Role Overview

The Fusion Financials Cloud Solution Architect will be instrumental in guiding the ERP technology roadmap and ensuring Oracle Fusion Financials solutions align with strategic objectives and regulatory standards. This role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, identifying system gaps, and developing effective solutions within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and management of the ERP technology roadmap strategy and execution, including technical standards and policies.
  • Align Oracle Fusion Financials solutions with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans.
  • Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality; identify functionality gaps and develop solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and develop future state recommendations.
  • Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements as needed.
  • Create functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
  • Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, Training, and UAT activities in collaboration with the onsite team.
  • Review and develop end-user documentation and training materials.
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
  • Participate in pre-sales cycles by providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, and developing sales proposals and statements of work.
  • Drive organization-wide F&A process optimization.
  • Evaluate existing and emerging technologies regularly to augment a NextGen Digitally mature organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle implementations with end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Well-versed with Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects, and Taxes.
  • Sufficient knowledge of cross-track cloud offerings such as EPM Cloud, AFCS, and other Cloud Applications.
  • Experience in supporting Oracle Cloud projects, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.
  • Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements, and projects.
  • Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless client support.
  • Business Process Transformation experience is required, including improving customer service, efficiency, data quality, and reporting.
  • Clear understanding of Finance tracks and their intertrack dependency.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves collaboration with both local and offshore teams to deliver comprehensive client support and project success.
