About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage various operational needs and guest requests to ensure a seamless and positive stay.

Key Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for guiding guests throughout their entire stay. This involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services, including:

• Processing operational needs and completing reports.
• Addressing guest requests and inquiries.
• Sharing local area highlights with guests.
• Assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Ensuring all guest transactions are integrated into the overall experience.

Physical Requirements

The Guest Experience Expert role involves a hands-on approach and requires physical stamina. Duties include:

• Being on feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking.
• Navigating various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and moving up and down stairs or service ramps.
• Performing tasks that require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, which may involve bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements
