About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position with no specific salary disclosed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the size of their party.
• Seat guests by identifying and preparing a clean, available table, and providing menus.
• Guide guests through the dining areas and offer necessary assistance.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings, and organize seating arrangements for groups with specific needs.
• Verify that place settings are correct, including napkins, clean silverware, and other standard items.
• Ensure menus are current, clean, and in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, following clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety and well-being.

General Duties and Professional Conduct

• Adhere to all company policies and safety and security procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Protect company assets and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Additionally, the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance is necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific licenses or certifications are required.
