The Role of Human Resources Specialist

Almarfa Medical is looking for a Saudi Human Resources Specialist to support the company's continued growth by managing HR processes and responsibilities. This full-time role is suited for an individual who is structured, organized, and enjoys working with people, viewing HR as a function that helps employees perform, develop, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employment contracts, renewals, and employee administration.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related processes.
• Coordinate payroll-related information with the Finance department.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant HR regulations.
• Support Saudization efforts and government HR platforms and requirements.
• Assist management in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to fostering a strong and professional company culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Saudi national.
• Ability to manage HR processes and responsibilities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team-oriented environment that values professionalism and employee development.
