About the Immigration Sales Consultant Role

MG is seeking an Immigration Sales Consultant for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves guiding individuals and businesses through global immigration and workforce mobility processes. The consultant will build partnerships across the Gulf region, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, to deliver immigration strategies that support national workforce objectives and individual career goals.

Core Responsibilities

The Immigration Sales Consultant will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Consulting with clients to evaluate their immigration needs, eligibility, and available pathways, such as work visas, family sponsorships, and residency permits.
  • Assisting clients with complex documentation, application procedures, and government clearance processes in accordance with Saudi Arabian labor and immigration laws.
  • Collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure all submissions adhere to regulatory standards and deadlines.
  • Presenting tailored immigration solutions to corporate clients looking to integrate international talent into Saudi markets.
  • Managing client cases from initial contact through to approval, addressing any challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Staying informed about changes in policies, fee structures, and visa quotas that affect the Saudi labor market and foreign worker regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in visa processing.
  • Knowledge of immigration law compliance.
  • Experience with client onboarding procedures.
  • Skills in document verification.
  • Understanding of Saudi labor regulations.
  • Ability in stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional experience that would be advantageous includes:

  • Experience utilizing Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) portals.
  • Background in corporate immigration account management.
  • Knowledge of Nitaqat or Saudization compliance.

Experience and Work Environment

This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh. The work environment is described as dynamic and client-focused, offering opportunities for professional development within the global mobility sector.
