About the Role

Devoteam is seeking an Innovation Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on empowering organizations to enhance their innovation capabilities through strategic program design, facilitated workshops, and expert guidance throughout the innovation lifecycle. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology and human-centric values, contributing to Devoteam's mission of driving positive change.

Role Overview

As an Innovation Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping organizations strengthen their innovation capacity. This involves designing and implementing bespoke innovation programs, leading ideation and design thinking sessions, and guiding teams from concept development through to scaling. Your analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes will identify new opportunities, while your coaching will foster a culture of continuous innovation. Measuring and reporting on the impact of these efforts will ensure tangible value realization and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments of an organization's current innovation capabilities to identify strengths and areas for development.
• Designing and implementing tailored innovation programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Facilitating ideation and design thinking workshops to generate new product, service, and business model concepts.
• Providing guidance throughout the innovation process, from idea generation to scaling.
• Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Developing business cases and implementation strategies for promising innovation initiatives.
• Delivering training and coaching to teams on innovation methodologies and best practices.
• Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure innovation impact and reporting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in innovation management, emerging technologies implementation, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting business and technological research related to products.
• Relevant experience includes strategy and operations consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation roles within a global organization.
• Familiarity with the platform and automation ecosystem.
• Strong presentation and visualization skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF certifications are preferred.

Work Context

This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position within Devoteam's Strategy & Transformation business unit. The position is considered mid-senior level, requiring a professional with a solid foundation in innovation principles and practical application.
