Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer position based in Riyadh. The Junior Graphic Designer will provide support to the creative team in the development of visual concepts and designs for various brand assets. This includes creating designs for brand identities, marketing materials, social media content, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and refining visual elements such as logos.
  • Developing and executing typography and layout designs.
  • Adapting designs for a range of different formats.
  • Preparing design files for both print and digital applications.
  • Collaborating closely with senior designers, account managers, and other team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with client objectives.
  • Assisting with brainstorming sessions and contributing to mood boards.
  • Participating in feedback and revision processes for design projects.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong foundation in graphics and graphic design principles, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual outputs.
  • The capacity to develop and refine logo designs and branding elements that support cohesive brand identities.
  • Proficiency in typography, including an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and legibility across print and digital media.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma.
  • A portfolio that showcases relevant design work, particularly in branding and logo projects.
  • A keen attention to detail, an openness to receiving and incorporating feedback, and a willingness to learn from experienced team members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork in an on-site setting.
  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
