About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Operational Readiness to contribute to the operational success of its projects. This role involves steering operational readiness initiatives, implementing best practices, and ensuring entertainment and leisure offerings are prepared for launch. The position requires collaboration with diverse teams to enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, aligning with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational requirements and support project delivery.
Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate operational capacity, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of training programs to optimize team performance.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational readiness and post-launch performance.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies for seamless project execution.
Promote a guest-centric service culture by ensuring operational strategies enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management.
Experience within the entertainment, hospitality, or project management sectors is preferred.
