About the Role

Yallo Group is seeking an Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on the management, optimization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to ensure Oracle systems are effectively aligned with business HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant will undertake a range of responsibilities to maintain and enhance the organization's HCM systems. These include:

• Managing, optimizing, and providing support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
• Aligning Oracle systems with business HR processes through a combination of technical and functional approaches.
• Performing system audits, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and security within the HCM environment.
• Collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless system functionality and integration.

Technical Expertise

This position requires demonstrated technical proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM. Specific technical duties involve:

• Customizing and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM modules using technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and system processes.
• Supporting system upgrades, applying patches, and conducting integration testing.
• Performing OAF Customizations, including personalization, extension, and the development of custom pages.
• Configuring and supporting Oracle HCM setups and workflows.
• Designing and developing applications using Oracle APEX for reporting, dashboards, and custom HR workflows.
• Leading Data Migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading using tools like SQL Loader, APIs, and custom scripts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant position should meet the following requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar Oracle EBS HCM technical consultant role.
• Demonstrated technical and functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Yallo Group. The consultant will work in a collaborative environment, engaging with both information technology and human resources teams to ensure robust system performance and alignment with organizational needs.
