BEC Arabia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Planning Engineer to join its full-time team in Riyadh. Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee project schedules from development through to completion. The Planning Engineer will play a crucial part in tracking project performance, identifying potential delays, and collaborating with site teams to maintain project momentum. This position requires a proactive approach to planning and a keen eye for detail in reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor comprehensive project schedules.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports detailing project status.
• Support look-ahead planning activities to anticipate future work requirements.
• Track critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate schedule inputs and updates effectively with site teams.
• Assist in the analysis of project delays and the formulation of recovery plans for construction activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Planning Engineer position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. A proven track record in managing project timelines and reporting on progress is essential for this role.
