About the Pool Attendant Role

Creative Hospitality is seeking attentive and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Pool Attendants in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for those who take pride in ensuring a relaxed, well-organized, and safe poolside experience for guests. The role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining pool loungers, umbrellas, and towels.
• Monitoring the pool area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
• Assisting guests with seating arrangements, amenities, and addressing basic requests.
• Coordinating with Food & Beverage and other service teams for poolside orders.
• Professionally enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines.
• Supporting opening and closing duties for the pool area.

Essential Qualities and Skills

• A high level of reliability, punctuality, and ownership.
• A strong sense of responsibility for guest safety and comfort.
• A proactive attitude, anticipating guest needs such as towels, seating, and drink service coordination.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready pool area.
• Cultural sensitivity and professionalism in a diverse environment.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is considered a plus.

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pool attendant, lifeguard, or in a similar guest-facing hospitality role is preferred.
• A warm, welcoming, and guest-first personality.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout the shift.
• Basic swimming ability and water safety awareness are preferred.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required. The role involves working during daytime and sun hours.
