About the Opportunity

Skyroses is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for leading and managing the company's pricing function, focusing on the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for both government and private sector tenders.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of the Pricing Manager is to maximize Skyroses' chances of securing projects through competitive and accurate bidding, while consistently ensuring the maintenance of profitability across all awarded contracts. This involves strategic oversight of the entire tendering process and close collaboration with various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the comprehensive tendering process, from the initial receipt of tender documents through to final submission.
• Thoroughly review project drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Supervise and guide quantity take-offs, material pricing, the solicitation of supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and finalize both technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate effectively with the Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Legal departments throughout all stages of the tendering process.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on the status and progress of ongoing tenders.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience within the construction industry.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing or supervising pricing and estimation teams.
• Demonstrated experience with both government and private sector projects.
• Specific project experience should include building construction, fit-out works, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
