About the Procurement Coordinator Role

Pico Play is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all administrative, purchasing, and logistics functions for the factory. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in procurement or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Coordinator will manage a range of essential operational tasks. Key duties include:

Sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive pricing for equipment and materials.
Coordinating general office duties to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Managing office communications, including handling incoming phone calls.
Preparing and dispatching administrative documents.
Overseeing the ordering and inventory management of office supplies.
Managing mailing and courier services.
Issuing purchase orders and processing invoices.
Distributing and reconciling the petty cash float.
Organizing the maintenance of IT operations within the office.
Performing other general office duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should meet the following requirements:

A Diploma in Business Studies/Administration Management or an equivalent qualification is required.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in purchasing or logistics is necessary.
The role may be filled by a Junior Executive specializing in Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, or Material & Warehouse Management.
