About the Role

Zuhair Fayez is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a strong background in architectural engineering and extensive experience in managing construction projects.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects.
