The Role

Parsons is seeking a Quality Manager Buildings & Systems (Airports) to join its Aviation team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and providing strategic leadership and direction for all phases of project quality management efforts. The Quality Manager will typically oversee small to medium-sized projects, utilizing a diversified background and extensive management experience to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the project’s Quality Management System (QMS), including quality plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership and ongoing support for the project QMS, using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection, and reporting, as per client or Parsons Quality requirements.
• Direct and coordinate efforts to initiate and maintain Project ISO 9001 QMS certification.
• Implement the defined Parsons’ Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non-conformance tracking program, including defining requirements for future administration and support of a unified tracking system for project-related reports and findings.
• Collaborate with senior project management in facilitating Quality Leadership programs, achieving defined Quality objectives, and implementing Quality Management Reviews.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to project staff; monitor performance; and identify skills, training, and capabilities needed for Quality activities.
• Direct and assist with the preparation, issuance, and updating of the project Quality program manual(s) and procedures, in compliance with Parsons and client quality requirements.
• Monitor team performance against project quality requirements and standards for compliance in the delivery of products and services.
• Act as a liaison with client, consultants, contractors, and other project team members on all quality-related matters.
• Monitor, identify, and report all project performance metrics, quality issues or trends, and process or procedural system improvements to senior project management.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on buildings and systems within airport projects.
• Extensive management experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Demonstrated background in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems based on the ISO 9001 Standard.
• Ability to provide leadership and training in quality activities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Parsons' Aviation team.
