About the Sales Associate Role at Ethicfin
Ethicfin is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Riyadh. This part-time position involves driving sales, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to follow-ups, and the ability to identify and convert customer needs into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including calls, meetings, referrals, and market outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and distribute quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures within CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the Saudi market.
- Support the team in executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is required.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years is expected.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional client relationships.
- A target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive sales attitude, demonstrated through consistent follow-up and the ability to identify buying intent.
- Discipline in reporting, pipeline tracking, and meeting targets.
Work Details
This is a part-time position located in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750.
