About the Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on leading the implementation, rollout, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR and payroll solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing business processes through collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP projects, covering implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support.
  • Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configure Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and organizational structures.
  • Configure and support Employee Central Payroll, encompassing payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing, Payroll Control Center (PCC), and payroll reconciliation.
  • Deliver KSA payroll localization, including GOSI, WPS, End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), VAT-related payroll requirements, and Saudi labor law compliance.
  • Manage EC–ECP Point-to-Point (PTP) replication, payroll integrations, Finance posting, bank interfaces, and third-party system integrations.
  • Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, HyperCare, and production support activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center, security, and reporting solutions.
  • Participate in presales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior consultants, deliver knowledge transfer, and contribute to continuous improvement across the SAP SuccessFactors practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering full-cycle Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a professional consulting environment at Ejada. The role involves working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
